Its really not basic at all.  This top pairs so well with so much of our fall lineup, that you really do need it.  Super stretchy, soft & slinky blue fabric with a sheen to it.  Crew neckline & long sleeves with a sort of Western stitched cuff.  Fitted without being tight.  I would stay with your usual size.
