A fun top with a lot of versatility.  It has a pearl snap front, three snap cuffs & a mid panel with thin rope loops sewn in place.  Below that is a wide ruffle panel.  This is cute over graphic tees & tanks worn as a jacket, or under vests, sweater vests, sweatshirts, sweaters & cardigans.
