An old promotional advertising mirror with a light green border & cowgirl & horse picture with an almost 3D effect. The advertisement is for "O.K. Rubber Welders for Tires. World's finest recapping-guaranteed nation wide." The back has an attached cord for hanging. This is in excellent condition. There is just a bit of residue on the front (possibly from a sticker?) & a small chip on the back, bottom. The old mirror shows only minor dark areas due to the age.
